The Morris County Historical Society is an organization dedicated to preserving and providing awareness of the rich history of Morris County. The society is headquartered at Acorn Hall, an 1853 Victorian Italianate mansion.
The society operates Acorn Hall as a historic house museum, produces exhibitions on local history in the Galleries at Acorn Hall and provides public programming on Morris County history. Tour hours are Mon. and Thurs. 10 am - 4 pm, Sun. 1 pm - 4 pm.
