 With the changing of the leaves and the crisp autumn air comes the start of fall festivals and craft fairs. New Jersey offers hundreds of festivals that sell unique arts, crafts and products for your holiday shopping. Ocean Grove’s free Fall Harvest Festival Arts and Crafts Show on October 11, 2014 features over 180 artists and crafters, as well as live music and food vendors. Equally exciting, the Sugarloaf Crafts Festival visits Somerset from October 24-26, 2014 and will feature crafts and arts for sale from over 250 artisans, including pottery, sculpture, glass, jewelry, fashion and home goods. On November 1, 2014, the Fall Arts and Crafts Festival in Cape May will be held at the local Convention Center, where more than 40 vendors will be selling their hand-made, seasonal decorations, unique gifts and more. 

 Outlet shopping is another great option when looking for great bargains throughout the state. The Jersey Shore is home to the Jersey Shore Premium Outlets, which features over 120 outlet stores offering upscale fashion at affordable costs. The Premium Outlets also have locations in Jackson and Liberty Village, and guarantee 25% to 65% savings on all designer apparel. The Jersey Gardens Outlet Mall, located in Elizabeth, is the largest outlet mall in the state with over 200 stores and designers, in addition to terrific dining and entertainment venues as well. In fact, Tanger promises merchandise deals that range anywhere from 30% to 70% less than given retail prices.

 For hot off the runway and trendy styles, check out one of the popular malls in Short Hills. Ranked as one of the top ten shopping centers in the United States by the Travel Channel is The Mall at Short Hills is a quick drive from New York City and features over 160 specialty shops ranging from staples like the Gap and Ann Taylor to luxury stores such as Gucci and Chanel. Another great shopping option is the Cherry Hill Mall, which includes the Container Store, Williams-Sonoma and many other fine retailers.
