Since 1990, Oceanfest has brought in thousands of people to the Oceanfront Promenade along the Jersey Shore for a free all-day celebration that epitomizes summer. Stretching from Pier Village to Seven Presidents Park, the family-friendly affair offers tons of food, live music, children's entertainment, vendors, crafters and more. Not enough? Check out the intricate sand sculptures featured along the Jersey shoreline hand created by professional sand sculptors. As one of the biggest Independence Day celebrations in the state, the event closes with the Jersey Shore’s largest firework show, a spectacular finale to end the summer’s night.
