Built in 1816. Tour the house, blacksmith shop, corn crib and spring house.
History comes alive at the Barclay Farmstead. Visitors are welcome year-round for tours of the restored Federal-style farmhouse, featuring period furnishings, clothing, textiles and more.
Listed on the National and New Jersey Registers of Historic Places, the 32-acre property reflects the Quaker and agrarian lifestyle that dominated the South Jersey landscape in the early 19th century.
During your visit, tour the centerpiece Farmhouse and more than 30 acres of beautiful grounds including period outbuildings, a restored herb garden, apple orchard, interpretive nature trails, community garden plots, playground and shaded picnic area and Museum Shop.
