The most decorated battleship in U.S. Navy history is permanently berthed on the Camden Waterfront as a floating museum.
Visitors are able to tour this great ship and learn of her esteemed history as a protector of the United States and democracy everywhere.
On May 23, 1943 the Battleship New Jersey entered service during World War II. Over the years the battleship served in Korea, Vietnam and other theaters of operations until its final decommissioning.
In 2001 the ship arrived at its final destination at the Camden Waterfront.
