The Jersey Shore Beach N Boat Fishing Tournament is a New Jersey statewide, season-long, inshore, saltwater, multi-species fishing tournament that challenges anglers of all ages and skill levels to compete for cash and prizes. It runs annually from April 1 through November 30 and anglers can sign-up anytime for $20 and fish for 8 species, once or everyday of the entire season. Eligible species include striped bass, fluke, bluefish, black drum, weakfish, kingfish, black sea bass and blackfish (tautog).
Anglers can weigh-in qualifying fish throughout the entire tournament at over 50 Official Weigh Stations in every town along the Jersey Shore, Raritan and Delaware Bays. Prizes are awarded for the largest catches. Proceeds go to support the Fisheries Conservation Trust.
