Organized by Paella For the World in coordination with the New Jersey Restaurant Association and the American Academy of Gastronomy-East Chapter, the New Jersey Paella Festival is the only event dedicated to promoting Spanish cuisine and the commercialization of the Mediterranean diet products in the Garden State. This food festival will also include a Paella competition (Paella cook- off).

The event will feature workshops where famous chefs from Spain will teach how to prepare authentic Paella Valenciana; presentations by participating companies; displays of clothing and accessories for food-industry workers; wine tastings; and samplings of olive oil and other products related to Paella and the Mediterranean diet.
