Popcorn Park Refuge
See tigers, lioness, bears, monkeys, deer, reptiles, bobcat. horses, goats and many, many more. Popcorn Park is unique in that it is solely a refuge for rescued exotics, wildlife, farm animals and birds. These animals may have been abandoned, abused, injured, kept inappropritaely as pets, or handicapped, but all are now safe and in excellent health.
You will find a picnic area under the pines to enjoy your own box lunch or you can purchase cold drinks, ice cream, popcorn and peanuts. Feeding the animals, however, is prohibited due to the animals' specialized diets, and for safety reasons, pets are not allowed in Popcorn Park.
Hours: 11 am - 5 pm, 7 days a week; Holidays: 11 am - 2 pm.
A small admission fee helps supports the animals; chldren under 3 are free, as are guests who are member of the Wildlife Club, Zoological Society or Share-A-Pet Program. Just show your card!
