Atlantic City’s New, Exciting Attractions

Atlantic City is a thriving destination featuring world-renowned casinos and hotels, brand-name restaurants, unique attractions, headliner entertainment, championship golf, relaxing spas, upscale shopping and much more.

Atlantic City is continuously changing, and adding new and varied attractions to make each visit more exciting than the last.

The recent expansion of Atlantic City's Tanger Outlets, The Walk includes the addition of 40 retail outlets, bringing the grand total to 100 stores. Nike Factory Store, Perry Ellis and Eddie Bauer Outlet are only a sampling of the brands that join J. Jill, Nautica, Banana Republic and other shops. Additional restaurants at The Walk include LongHorn Steakhouse, Amici and The Melting Pot. Harrah's Resort made a big splash with the opening of a year-round tropical paradise - The Pool, which complements the Waterfront Buffet, new retail shops and one of the largest Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spas. The recently completed Waterfront Tower is the centerpiece of the project, with 45 stories and 961 rooms, 80 suites and 18 super-suites.

Another new addition to the Atlantic City skyline is The Water Club, a signature hotel by Borgata Hotel Casino Spa that's 43 stories and features 800 guest rooms and suites, 18,000 square feet of meeting space, six retail boutiques and five indoor and heated outdoor swimming pools. The centerpiece of the hotel is the two-story, 36,000-square-foot Immersion Spa with 16 treatment rooms, a 25-yard infinity-edge lap pool, a fitness center with Technogym equipment and a gourmet spa menu by Chef Geoffrey Zakarian.

The Water Club isn't the only new non-casino hotel property to open in Atlantic City. The Chelsea, a boutique hotel located on the Boardwalk, boasts 331 luxury guest rooms, a spa that includes a heated outdoor saltwater pool, conference and banquet areas, poolside cabanas with a pool bar and a dining-in partnership with Stephen Starr. Located on Pacific Avenue a block from the beach, the Courtyard by Marriott is a new, upscale hotel featuring 206 rooms, flat-screen televisions, mini bars and other amenities.

And the Trump Taj Mahal recently opened a $250 million, 39-story hotel tower next to the original Taj Mahal resort. The tower features 782 hotel rooms, including ocean-view suites and 716 standard guest rooms that are spaciously designed at 500 square feet each. The sparkling lights, sizzling nightlife and world-class gaming draw myriad visitors to Atlantic City for past-paced excitement and fun, day after day.
