Great Pumpkin Festival
Oh, Linus, this event is for you! Don't miss the largest fall festival in Northern New Jersey, Wednesday-Sunday, September 17 through November 6, 2016, at Heaven Hill Farm in Vernon. The corn maze is among 30+ fun activities.

Harvest Moon Hayride & Night Time Corn Maze
Looking for some non-scary nighttime fun for your family? Check out this event: hayride, corn maze, campfire, hot cider—just don't forget your flashlights! Every Friday and Saturday night from September 23-October 29 at Alstede Farms in Chester. You can also explore the farm's 10-acre corn maze during the day!

Harvest & Crush Festival
This free-admission, pet-friendly event at Natali Vineyards in Cape May Court House features live jazz-blues, local vendors, wine tasting—and the fourth annual grape stomping contest! Held September 24, 2016, from 1-6 p.m.

Hoboken Fall Arts & Music Festival
Conveniently set up on Hoboken's Washington Street near public transportation, this fall fest on September 25, 2016, showcases works for sale from 300 artists and crafters, live performances on three stages (headliner: Leon Russell) and lots of great food, ranging from Thai and Indian to Greek and Cajun.

NJBG Harvest Fest
The New Jersey State Botanical Garden, located at Ringwood State Park, hosts a family-fun weekend on October 1-2, 2016, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Paint a pumpkin, hop on a hayride and make some applesauce. Enjoy free admission and parking.

Cranberry Festival
Celebrate the antioxidant power of the cranberry at the 27th annual festival, which features 145 crafters, live music, fun activities for kids, and plenty of food and beverage choices. It's happening October 1-2, 2016, from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. daily, in downtown Bordentown.

NJ's BIGGEST Oktoberfest
Take a big bite of bratwurst and get your oompah on at Forest Lodge in Warren on October 8, 2016. Enjoy traditional German food and beer, cowbell ringing, live music, dancing, 50 local vendors and plenty of fun for kids.

Sussex County Harvest, Honey & Garlic Festival
Honey + garlic? Sounds like a match and marinade made in heaven! Enjoy this free family event at the Sussex County Fairgrounds in Augusta on October 8, 2016. Beekeepers and garlic growers will be on hand to showcase their products, plus you can stock up on Jersey Fresh® goodies at the farmers market. This is agritourism at its tastiest!

2nd Annual LBI FLY International Kite Festival
Celebrate the joy of kite flying at this unique festival, scheduled over Columbus Day weekend (October 7-10, 2016) on Long Beach Island. This "Circus in the Sky" features colorful kites, giant inflatable kites and the cool maneuvers of sport kiting.

Fall Food Truck and Wine Festival
Join the folks at Alba Vineyard in Milford on October 22-23 to enjoy fall foliage, award-winning wines, yummy fare from local food trucks, and live music from New Jersey's own VooDUDES, a band that's all about big fun!
