The Noyes Museum Galleries at Kramer Hall, located at Stockton's Kramer Hall in Hammonton, is a vital addition to the Arts District in downtown Hammonton. The Noyes Galleries highlight artwork by artists from New Jersey, the mid-Atlantic region, nationally- and internationally-known artists, and Stockton faculty and students.

Kramer Hall, a former sewing factory, is a historic building that features two large galleries, as well as state-of-the-art classrooms and a computer lab.
