New Jersey Devils and the New Jersey Division of Travel and Tourism Launch The Great Mosaic of New Jersey Photo Collage
Newark, N.J. – The New Jersey Devils are teaming up with the New Jersey Division of Travel and Tourism to showcase the best of what New Jersey has to offer visitors by building out a fan content driven photograph mosaic. This mosaic entitled “Now That’s New Jersey!” will feature a collage of iconic New Jersey destinations and people, including: the Jersey Shore, Steel Pier, Six Flags Great Adventure & Wild Safari and the New Jersey Devils goaltender Martin Brodeur.
Fans are encouraged to submit their favorite New Jersey memories and photographs through NowThatsNewJersey.com. Each photo and its accompanying caption will be included in the mosaic, giving fans the opportunity to zoom in on each specific photo and read their captions as well the ability to share their submissions with other fans, friends and family. In addition to the mosaic showcased online, a photo mosaic wall will be created and displayed on the Prudential Center’s main concourse.
“As the Prudential Center is the iconic sports and entertainment venue of New Jersey, it’s the ideal location to showcase the mosaic featuring classic images of New Jersey,” said Jeff Vanderbeek, Chairman and Managing Partner, New Jersey Devils. “This is an opportunity not only for our fans locally to participate, but utilizing the social media component as well, extends the reach to anyone who is a fan of all that New Jersey has to offer and the New Jersey Devils.”
Participants will also have the opportunity to vote for their favorite photo in the collage for the chance to win the “NJ Tourism Ultimate Getaway.” This package includes 2 nights in a suite, courtesy of the Short Hills Hilton, including breakfast and 2 luxury spa treatments, a pair of tickets to see the “Cirque du Soleil - Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour” at the Prudential Center and a pair of tickets to a New Jersey Devils game.
